• SCCASC Summer Retreat

The SCCASC retreat will be held on Wednesday June 2nd at 1922 The Alameda, 95126 in Rm#105 and will begin at 8:30am and end at 4:30pm.  The full day retreat will include rich discussion, reflection and planning for the coming year as well as a “Success Signals Communications,” workshop in the afternoon.

     Success Signals Communications
Effective communication and interpersonal interaction are foundational to working with people.  Tim Dunkin is a certified trainer who offer an engaging and interactive workshop using Rhonda Hilyer’s Success Signals course.  This quadrant system that uses colors as the key indicators is easy to understand and apply.  Participants begin to use their new understanding within the one day session.  When integrated into an organization’s culture, it will enhance your team’s performance and mitigate conflict based upon misunderstandings.

This retreat is an excellent opportunity to provide direct feedback into our action plan for the coming year.  Light breakfast items and lunch will be provided.

Please RSVP by May 28th if you will be in attendance to ensure accurate counts for the “Success Signals” workbook and food: dhassan@ymcasv.org
